Current weather situation
High air pressure continues to ensure stable autumn weather.
Localised low stratus clouds in the south of the region will clear quickly and there will be widespread sunshine. A few cumuliform clouds form over the mountains in the afternoon.

In the morning the temperatures are between 2° and 8°, during the day they rise to 16° in the Wipptal and 20° in the Unterland.
Forecast
Low stratus clouds is to be expected on Thursday, but the sun will prevail as the day progresses.
Friday will continue with calm autumn weather. Local early morning fog will soon disappear and then the sun will shine throughout the region.
Saturday will bring plenty of sunshine and the sky will often be clear.
On Sunday, the low stratus clouds is more persistent in some valleys and only slowly lifts a little. Away from this, sunshine and high clouds will alternate.
