On the day of arrival your room will be available from 03:00 p.m. Please let us know if you are to arrive later than 07:00 p.m. On your day of departure please vacate your room by 11:00 a.m.

Our ¾-DolceVita-board starts with dinner on the day of arrival and ends with breakfast on the day of departure.

Cancellation of your room reservation can only be done free of charge up to 3 weeks prior to arrival. Cancellation at shorter notice will result in a cancellation fee of 80% of your booking. The same applies should you arrive later or depart earlier than arranged.

Room cancellations are only valid if made in writing.

Occasionally, something can happen before the start of a trip. With the trip cancellation insurance you are financially covered. Should a booked stay at a hotel be delayed, or even not taken up or prematurely broken off, cancellation charges can be redeemed. In order to save you any expenses in such cases, we recommend you take out this trip cancellation insurance, with which you are covered by the Europäische Reiseversicherung's travel insurance.

For bed and breakfast 15,- Euro will be deducted from the ¾-DolceVita-board price.

We kindly ask you to book spa treatments 14 days prior to arrival so that we can accommodate your preferred dates.

You are welcome to invite your friends. We charge 35,- Euro for breakfast, 35,- Euro for the afternoon buffet, 75,- Euro for dinner and 49,- Euro for use of the pools and saunas (towels and bathrobes included).

Without room and only on request, i.e. room is vacated by 11:00 a.m. and you relax in our wellness areas and feast on the afternoon buffet; 85,- Euro per person.

Dogs are welcome in our hotel. However, please understand that this does not apply to the dining rooms and the wellness areas. We charge 30,- Euro per day, without food.

We accept all credit cards except American Express and Diners Club. Please check with your bank about card limits abroad.

To ensure that your payment is correctly assigned, we kindly ask you to include the full name of the person who made the reservation as well as the reservation number in the payment reference. This information helps us to process your payment quickly and reliably.

The floor plans of the rooms are schematic, deviations are possible.

All rooms and suites are non-smoking.

Unfortunately, it is not possible for us to reserve a specific floor or room number. However, we will try to take your wishes into account. This also applies to table requests in our dining rooms.

Prices are per person and day with ¾-DolceVita-board including VAT. In addition a local tax of 3,10 Euro per person and day will be calculated (over 14 years).

For the 3rd and each additional person (over 15 years) in the room we grant a 20% reduction on the ¾-DolceVita-board price.

All children's prices and reductions apply with 2 full-paying adults in the room.

With this price list all previous ones lose their validity. Price changes, misprints, errors and changes in offers reserved. In the event of any VAT rate increases, the prices will be adjusted.
